Day 1 (No Meals)
Meet and greet upon arrival in Kuching, transfer to your hotel, check in and free at leisure for the rest of the day.
Overnight: Holiday Inn Kuching

Day 2 (B, L)
Meet at 0900hrs. Discover the charms of this Riverside City established by Sir James Brooke, the first White Rajah of Sarawak. In the city center the buildings date back to the days of the White Rajahs. Old Chinese temples and colorful markets dot most every corner. Popular with locals as well as visitors is the mile long "waterfront" promenade. The shops along the Main Bazaar probably have the best collection of Bornean tribal carvings, handicrafts, antiques and souvenirs in the whole island of Borneo. A city of museums, the Sarawak museum completed in 1891, possibly is the best known. Kuching is clean and green, afternoon free at leisure.

Day 3 (B, D)
Take a flight from Kuching to Mulu. Upon arrival, meet and transfer to Royal Mulu Resort. 
Mulu Deer & Lang Caves.
Free at leisure in the morning. Afternoon, meet and proceed to Park Headquarters, take a scenic 3 km plank walk through primary rainforest to the entrance of Deer Cave. Deer Cave has the world’s largest cave entrance and is the largest single cave passage in the world - about 120m - 150m in diameter or it can fit St. Pauls’ Cathedral under its massive archway. The cave has a moon-like landscape and from one vantage point a perfect profile of President Lincoln can be observed. The stalactites and stalagmites inside this cave are representative of the very best limestone formations in the park. At Lang Cave in evenings at sundown, a spectacular exodus of about 2 million of bats can be observed as they leave the cave in search of food. Return to Park HQ by torchlight. Transfer to Royal Mulu Resort.

Day 4 (B, L, D)
Wind & Clearwater Caves - Camp 5.
After breakfast around 0900, proceed by longboat upriver to Wind Cave with its impressive ’King’s Chamber’. Here stalactites and stalagmites with delicate lace-like patterns are found. A short walk along a plank walk suspended to the limestone cliff leads to Clearwater Cave. Like most caves in Mulu, Clearwater Cave is the habitat of unique species of plants. One of them, the one-leafed plant can only be found at Mulu a rare species of orchids and pitcher plants can be seen in many locations and photo-sensitive algae grow on certain rocks and have produced needle like formations that point towards the source of light. Clearwater Cave has a wonderful swimming area shaded by giant rainforest trees. 
After lunch, continue upriver to Long Litut (1 hour boat ride). Start trekking to camp 5 (3 hours) through a mixed Dipteropcarp and riparian forest.
Overnight: Camp 5
# Camp 5 a basic dormitory accommodation with basic common toilet facilities. Bedding and mosquito net provided.

Day 5 (B, L, D)
Following breakfast, start to scale the Gunung Api for the limestone pinnacles. The climb is very challenging and taxing which takes about 3-4 hours one-way. Arrive at pinnacles view-point in time for a packed lunch. Descend back to Camp 5 and overnight.

Day 6 (B, L)
Trek to back to Long Litut and then continue by long boat back to Royal Mulu Resort and rest for the day

Day 7 (B)
Free at leisure in the morning, then take the flight from Mulu to Miri then continue to Kota Kinabalu, meet and greet upon arrival in Kota Kinabalu, transfer to your hotel
Overnight: Shangri La Town

Day 8 (B, L)
0800hrs Depart in the early morning for a 3 hrs drive to Poring Hot Spring (126 km from Kota Kinabalu). En route, make a stop at Pekan Nabalu to savoir local fruits and to bargain prices for the handicrafts. Explore the many jungle trails and observe wildlife on the canopy walkway 100 feet above the forest floor. After lunch, take a dip in one of the soothing, steaming hot mineral springs set in beautifully landscaped gardens. Proceed to the World Heritage site of Kinabalu National Park (39km from Poring). The rest of the afternoon will be at your leisure.

Day 9 (B, P/L, D)
After breakfast get your pack lunch at the restaurant and your Mt. Guide at the Park HQ, then proceed on the journey to the Timpohon Gate 1800m (15 minutes) by Koktas. Commence climb to Laban Rata 3272m with packed lunch. The climb will take approximately 4 - 5 hours for 6 km trek. Check-in at the Laban Rata Guesthouse and the rest of the afternoon is free at leisure.

Day 10 (B, L, D)
Wake up as early as 0200 hours to get ready and start your final climb to the summit by torchlight. The climb will take about 3 hours for 2.72 km. At the summit witness the beautiful sunrise at the summit at 0600 hours. Descend to Laban Rata Guesthouse, then after breakfast start your final descend to Timpohon Gate. Take any Koktas van/bus for your transfer to Park HQ. Have lunch at the Park’s Restaurant. 
Overnight: Kinabalu Park Chalet

Day 11 (B, L, D)
In the morning after breakfast depart for Kinabatangan River for 5 -6 hours drive, upon arrival check in then in the afternoon cruise along the river to in search of primates especially the Endemic Proboscis Monkeys, birds and other wildlife. 
Overnight: Bilit Rainforest Lodge

Day 12 (B, L, D)

Wake up by the calls of gibbons and hornbills. Early morning, take a river trip to the Ox-Bow Lake to observe wildlife and experience the early morning river ambience of the longest river of Sabah.  After lunch, another river cruise to search for more wildlife in the late afternoon.

Day 13 (B, L, D)
In the morning after breakfast, on the way back to Sandakan, stop by at Gomantong caves. Trek 20 minutes through the Rainforest to the cave entrance. Your guide will brief you on the cave faunas including bats, swiftlets and crabs among others and their contribution to maintaining a balanced ecology and significance to the local economy. When in season, witness the collecting of birds’ nests by the local people using bamboo ladders and poles, then continue to Sepilok Nature Resort and check in, in the evening does the night walk in search of nocturnal wildlife.

Day 14 (B, L, D)

Check out from Sepilok and transfer to jetty for boat ride to Selingan Island. It takes approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour to the Island. Upon arrival, check into chalet and lunch at cafeteria, then free at own leisure e.g. swimming or snorkeling. After dinner, wait for rangers signal’s to see turtle laying eggs. Reburied and releasing the baby turtles.
Overnight: Selingan Turtle Island Chalet 

Day 15 (B)
After breakfast, return to Sandakan and catch return flight either directly to Kuala Lumpur and then home to the UK or via Kota Kinabalu.
